For our client – market leader in the dental and medical field – we are looking for the following resource:
SALES MANAGER DENTAL
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Ensures evolution/development of sales of the Dental division product line achieving Sales Revenue Goal
- Manage all aspects of the Sales Team organization (capacity, planning, country coverage, projects)
- Lead Sales Team functionally and disciplinarily (>10 people)
- Motivate the team to reach the targets
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for the Sales Team
- Develops and manages a network of dealerships/partners/OEM partners & follow Customer Strategy
- Implement Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Provides regular sales forecasts within deadline, as input for global production plan
- Implement yearly Performance Appraisals and Employment Development Plans for all Direct Reports
- Participates in congresses and exhibitions
- Ensure training of clients’ sales force on dental products
- Is actively involved in development of business strategies, defines a proper segmentation of the markets and integrates this with the company sales budget
- Is in charge of new product introduction and reinforcement of existing products to distributors /partners, for example through demonstration tours, workshops and congresses
- Takes responsibility for forecasting, budgeting all activities in the area, including sales turnover and costs
Education & Personal Skills
- Bachelor or Master degree in business administration or a related field
- At least 5 years successful previous experience as a sales manager (>10 Salesreps), consistently meeting or exceeding targets, dental sector would be a plus
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, in particular), CRM and Saleforce automation tools
- Fluent Oral and written communication in English, French if possible (not a must)
- Experience in Dental Market (preferred)
- Very dynamic, positive and open-minded person
