Recruiting, head-haunting and scouting

Starting from the organizational context of our customers, their long-term business goals, and from the expectations about the new resource, we look for potential profiles into the target market throughout scouting, benchmarking, recruitment and personalized head hunting activities. All our recruitment activities focus on the people themselves, and not only on their roles in specific companies in specific contexts.

Iocap Assessment is a tool for assessing the current and potential skills of a person in relation to the position that he / she holds or will have to hold. It is based on the observation of behaviors – both when interacting with others and when performing individually – through a set of ad hoc, diversified, tailored tests aimed at maximizing the objectivity of the analysis.
The value of Iocap Assessment will result in a feedback report that the corporate management can use with transparency and objectivity as a valid tool to read and measure the level of expected skills.
IOCAP is a partner of the International University Center and it has the authorization to use the methodologies developed by Giuseppe Sartori of the University of Padua and Demetrio Macheda in the selection and evaluation of staff (Skill View®, Advanced IQ and IntegriyView)..
