OUR PEOPLE
Edoardo Monopoli
IOCAP Partner since 1995. Before becoming a consultant he worked within the Human Resources department of different multinational corporations (Kraft Jacobs Suchard, Danone). He has a considerable experience as a trainer in management development programs and is specialized in behavioral and organizational aspects. Certified in the Lean Six Sigma methodology for the improvement of organizational processes he supports multinational corporations in implementing change management programs, redesigning and improving organizational processes, planning, implementing and teaching training programs customized on the needs of each reality. In 2009 he received the Training and Innovation Excellence Award.
Francesco Monopoli
IOCAP Partner since 1995 he is in charge of change management and leadership development. He is a Zenger Folkman certified master trainer for the development programs ``The Extraordinary Leader`` and ``Leadership Levers``, and a ZF certified trainer for ``The Inspiring Leader`` and ``The Extraordinary Coach``. He has designed and delivered managerial training programs for executives and middle management and is experienced in improving processes of management performance, developing compensation plans, recruiting and assessing. Moreover, he is a labor consultant and masters the fields of HR Management and Administration, contracts and labor law. He is also the Managing Partner for Ingest – company focused on HR Administration and payroll outsourcing for multinational corporations.
Alba Perani
In Iocap since 2017. She works in Human Resources as a Recruiter and Assessor and she has a deep and several decade long experience in marketing and strategic communication. As a Strategic Communication Manager she has collaborated with major corporations and multinationals - especially in the large-scale retail sector. Also, she is Skill View Assessment certified by Centro Universitario Internazionale.
Paola Chiesa
Iocap Partner since 2001. She is Senior Associate and Consultant and manages both national and multinational clients being responsible for the areas of Recruitment and Skill Appraisal. Her expertise mainly includes designing and managing recruitment projects, head hunting, assessment center, group or individual career counseling sessions, skill profiles for managerial and specialist roles, business plans development. Prior to consulting, she worked in the Human Resources department of different industrial and commercial companies such as Carrefour Group, Sammontana Group and Mandelli Group. She graduated in Pedagogy and specialized in History of Philosophy at the University of Parma.
Lucia Boccadamo
Iocap Consultant since 2015. She carries out Recruitment and Assessment activities managing recruitment and scouting projects for national and multinational companies. She holds a master degree in Languages and Cultures for International Communication and Cooperation of the University of Milan. She is a certified Skillview assessor and collaborates with Centro Universitario Internazionale.
Penny Panessa
Iocap Consultant since 2017. She provides consultancy services for national and multinational companies. Previously she worked as an HR Advisor for financial and international Groups such as Credit Suisse and Citi. Retaining the focus on Financial Institution Business, she then specialized in executive search, assessment and development processes, skill appraisal projects and career advice. She also manages recruitment and management development projects and is involved in Change Management and Organizational Climate programs.
Giovanni Marchisio
Iocap Partner since 2005. He has a fifteen-year long experience as a trainer in managerial development programs focused on behavioral and strategic-organizational aspects. Giovanni Marchisio's counseling experience includes staff training (executives, managers, professionals), sales networks training (direct and indirect), designing and teaching training paths about the acquisition of new roles and the skill development, assessment / evaluation programs, designing internal (portal) and external (editorial) communication tools, change management projects, organizational climate analysis, and improvement of organizational processes. He is a Zenger Folkman certified trainer.
Barbara Demichelis
IOCAP Consultant since 2005. She carries out consulting activities for both national and multinational clients. Prior to consulting she worked within the Human Resources department of different multinational corporations (Allen & Overy, Arthur Andersen, Danone). Specialized in marketing and communication as well as in evaluating potential and professional orientation, she manages training, recruitment and development projects. She is also involved in consultancy projects concerning the topics of Change Management, Communication and Organizational Climate. She is a Zenger Folkman certified trainer for the following Leadership Development Programs: ``The Extraordinary Leader``, ``The Extraordinary Performer``, ``The Inspiring Leader``.
Antonella Padova
IOCAP Consultant since 2008. She carries out consulting activities for both national and multinational clients. Before being a consultant, she has been Global HR Director and Global Director Knowledge and Innovation for different multinational corporations such as Whirpool, Danone, Tod's, McArthurGlen. Specialized in Organizational Design and Development, Strategic Staffing, Top Management and Talent Coaching, as well as in Change Management, she manages HR training and development projects. She is a Zenger Folkman certified trainer for the following Leadership Development Programs: ``The Extraordinary Leader``, ``The Extraordinary Performer``, ``The Leadership Levers``.
Gaia Urati
In Iocap since 2017. She provides support for all Training, Assessment and Recruitment projects. She concluded her international academic career with a Master degree in Languages and Cultures for International Communication and Cooperation. She graduated at the University of Milan defending a dissertation focused on the development of a method aimed at analyzing the factors that shape employee motivation in the new socially responsible corporate models. Moreover, she completed the HR Management Master offered by Sole 24 Ore Business School. She is specialized in the up-to-date business topics linked to the new paradigms of the 21st century and relative training needs.
Lisa Tognon
In IOCAP for about 4 years now, as HR CONSULTANT she coordinates and provides training and consulting services on national and international level. She plans and organizes the designing and delivering activities of different trainings. Also, being the Iocap Quality Manager she oversees the quality of the courses and supports and coordinates the training team. Moreover, she deals with the clients managing their needs and she is responsible for the relationships with all Iocap Partners such as Zenger Folkman - global leader in leadership development - and the international network of suppliers and trainers. She is a Zenger Folkman certified trainer for the Leadership Development Program ``The Leadership Levers``.
Gioacchino Mozzon
He studied Engineering and has a long and deep international experience in the fields of Product Development, Strategic Marketing and, above all, in the management of Strategic Business Innovation projects. He gained such a great experience in leading companies such as Whirlpool, Indesit, Tecnogym. Today he is an entrepreneur in the luxury hospitality, an innovation consultant and MBA professor at the University of Pisa.
Paolo Calori
Iocap Head Hunter and Senior Consultant since 2012, he manages scouting, recruiting and selection processes. In the previous experiences, both in companies and in consulting, he dealt with organizational analysis and reviews. Graduated in Economics and Trade from the Università Cattolica of Milan, he obtained a diploma in Master Coaching from the Professional Coaching School of Marina Osnaghi. He is a certified trainer for Zenger Folkman Leadership Development Program “Leadership Levers” and is a member of the board of AIDP Lombardia.
