IOCAP Partner since 1995. Before becoming a consultant he worked within the Human Resources department of different multinational corporations (Kraft Jacobs Suchard, Danone). He has a considerable experience as a trainer in management development programs and is specialized in behavioral and organizational aspects. Certified in the Lean Six Sigma methodology for the improvement of organizational processes he supports multinational corporations in implementing change management programs, redesigning and improving organizational processes, planning, implementing and teaching training programs customized on the needs of each reality. In 2009 he received the Training and Innovation Excellence Award.

IOCAP Partner since 1995 he is in charge of change management and leadership development. He is a Zenger Folkman certified master trainer for the development programs ``The Extraordinary Leader`` and ``Leadership Levers``, and a ZF certified trainer for ``The Inspiring Leader`` and ``The Extraordinary Coach``. He has designed and delivered managerial training programs for executives and middle management and is experienced in improving processes of management performance, developing compensation plans, recruiting and assessing. Moreover, he is a labor consultant and masters the fields of HR Management and Administration, contracts and labor law. He is also the Managing Partner for Ingest – company focused on HR Administration and payroll outsourcing for multinational corporations.

Managing Director in Iocap, she has a deep and several decade long experience in marketing and strategic communication. As a Strategic Communication Manager she collaborated with major corporations and multinationals - especially in the large-scale retail sector (Danone, Gruppo Lactalis, Beiersdorf, Chemiton, Engie, Best Western). Her experience as HR Consultant includes designing skill profiles for managerial and specialist roles; mapping and evaluating skills and potential and, designing processes, plans and tools for internal and organizational communication to support change management programs, consultancy in marketing. Also, she is certified by Centro Universitario Internazionale as Skill View Assessor and she is a Zenger Folkman certified trainer for Leadership Development Programs.

Iocap Consultant since 2017. She provides consultancy services for national and multinational companies. Previously she worked as an HR Advisor for financial and international Groups such as Credit Suisse and Citi. Retaining the focus on Financial Institution Business, she then specialized in executive search, assessment and development processes, skill appraisal projects and career advice. She also manages recruitment and management development projects and is involved in Change Management and Organizational Climate programs.

Iocap consultant since 2020. She deals with marketing, business development and communication. Clients recognize her innovative vision: she studies problems thoroughly and transform them into opportunities. Her advice is focused on trying to grasp unexpressed needs, focusing on the framework of the business, integrating different professional services and skills, defining creative value proposals. She started her career as mktg manager in highly technological and innovative companies in the area of banking payment services. In recent years, she has developed innovative market approaches and questioned consolidated business paradigms in the international legal sector winning the prestigious Italian Business Development Manager award of the year during the Legalcommunity Awards in 2019. She is certified Green Belt SixSigma and holds a Master in Strategic Solving problem from the Strategic Psychotherapy School of prof. Giorgio Nardone.

Iocap Consultant since 2017. She manages Training, Assessment and Recruitment projects. She ended her international academic career graduating in Languages and Cultures for international Cooperation and Cooperation with a dissertation focused on the development of a method aimed at analysing the talents motivation and attraction levers in new socially responsible corporate models. She completed the HR Management Master at Sole 24 Ore Business School and started her professional career in consultancy. Her areas of expertise are communication, sustainability and talent development. She is a certified Zenger Folkman trainer for the Extraordinary Leader program and a certified Skillview assessor collaborating with Centro Universitario Internazionale.

In Iocap since the birth of our Nebula. With great energy and kindness she has always carried out all the accounting, administrative and regulatory activities for which she is responsible. She interacts with our customers, suppliers, banks and accountants with extreme professionalism and ethics. Her multi-year experience combined with a constantly updated knowledge of the dynamics of the sector represents an essential asset.

Iocap Consultant since 2014. She coordinates and provides training and consulting services on national and international level. She plans and organizes the designing and delivering activities of different trainings. Also, being the Iocap Quality Manager she oversees the quality of the courses and supports and coordinates the training team. Moreover, she deals with the clients managing their needs and she is responsible for the relationships with all Iocap Partners such as Zenger Folkman - global leader in leadership development - and the international network of suppliers and trainers. She is a Zenger Folkman certified trainer for the Leadership Development Program ``The Leadership Levers``.

He studied Engineering and has a long and deep international experience in the fields of Product Development, Strategic Marketing and, above all, in the management of Strategic Business Innovation projects. He gained such a great experience as Technical Director at Whirlpool, Candy and Indesit, as Director of Wellness Lab and R & D at Technogym and as Marketing Director at Indesit. Above all, in these last two roles he has developed solid experience and specific skills in the field of innovation. In the last few years, in particular, he has managed as Division Director the development of completely new products and their launch on the main European markets Today he is an entrepreneur in the luxury hospitality, an innovation consultant and MBA professor at the University of Pisa.

Iocap consultant since 2021, she has several and different skills. As Marketing Manager of a company that is active in retail and luxury fragrances, she designed projects regarding people development. Since 2004 she is a professional journalist: she has been managing free press editorial projects and she worked as PR & Communication Manager for an e-commerce company. Her passion for people and communication brought her to the world of behavioral training that includes soft skills and multidisciplinary experiential training paths for the following industries: digital media, finance and insurance, luxury goods production and retail. She is comfortable with different and multicultural contexts. She studied and worked in Germany, where she lived for 10 years. Her German is nearly native; she is also fluent in English and French and she has a good knowledge of Spanish.

After a significant experience as Sales Manager and Training Manager at Crowe Italia in 2001 he began to work as freelance Trainer after attending the Master Training for Trainers. His areas of expertise are leadership, self-empowerment, negotiation and sales, goal setting, interpersonal communication, public speaking, team building and team working. He is an expert NLP Trainer and Professional Coach. Since 2006, he is a member of the AIF Lazio Board of Directors and since 2012 he is a Zenger Folkman Certified Coach.

Iocap consultant since 2018, Executive Coach certified by the Professional Coaching School of Marina Osnaghi and Counselor at the ISPA Counseling School in Psychodynamic Practice. Certified SHL Assessor. She is also certified by SixSecond as Assessor, Practitioner, EQ Brain Profiler in the emotional intelligence area. She has many years of experience in the banking sector (mainly Deutsche Bank) where she was involved in the areas of Marketing, Customer Management, Relationship Management, Private Wealth Management, Business Development, Distribution Management.

Registered Psychologist regularly carries out private activities in the psychotherapeutic field and uses transactional and bioenergetic analysis on a professional level. For more than 10 years he has been coaching in national and international companies of varying complexity and operating in different sectors. He is also a Professor at a Counseling school. He gained experience in leading companies in the financial sector in the Human Resources development area. He currently collaborates with Iocap delivering empowerment oriented structured coaching courses and trainings. Certified Coach for the Zenger Folkman Leadership Development Program.

Iocap Consultant since 2005. She carries out consulting activities for both national and multinational clients. Prior to consulting she worked within the Human Resources department of different multinational corporations (Allen & Overy, Arthur Andersen, Danone). Specialized in marketing and communication as well as in evaluating potential and professional orientation, she manages training, recruitment and development projects. She is also involved in consultancy projects concerning the topics of Change Management, Communication and Organizational Climate. She is a Zenger Folkman certified trainer for the following Leadership Development Programs: ``The Extraordinary Leader``, ``The Extraordinary Performer``, ``The Inspiring Leader``.

Iocap consultant who owns a degree in Educational Sciences and a specialization in Team Coaching. She deals with training, coaching, consultancy, recruitment, assessment and staff development, and is also an expert in the CONI Sports School. She played basketball (A1 and A2 series) and rugby (A serie and National). With her national team she participated in 15 matches and in 4 European cups and in 1998 in the World Cup in Holland. Passionate about groups and leadership and behavioral themes ranging from communication to motivation to sales techniques, she has collaborated with several companies including Molino Stucky Hilton Hotel Venice, Mondadori, McArthurGlen, Villeroy & Boch, GLS Enterprise, Cà Foscari University and Challenge School.
