JUNIOR MARKETING SPECIALIST

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development (online and offline) defined at international level, analysing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs, organizing corporate events on national territory and supporting the localization of marketing materials.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base, and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of the company.

 Job Responsibilities

• Manage the organizational aspects of events, fairs and training courses

• Manage the company’s profiles on social medias
• Manage online and offline promotional activities/advertising
• Support partners and suppliers with marketing materials
• Support the team with all marketing and communication activities
• Localize messages, leaflets, catalogues, videos, web pages
• Work closely with the sales team on marketing initiatives using appropriate channels
• Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Collect data on market competitors, including prices, product sales and sales campaigns, as well as marketing and distribution methods

Job Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related discipline
• Internship or previous experience in the same role
• Fluent English required. French is a plus
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of the most common CMS
• Experience in managing corporate social profiles: Facebook, Twitter, Youtube …
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and market research methods
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Creative, Innovative, Flexible, Team Worker, Critical Thinker, Analytical
